What to Wear:

  • Long jogging trousers/leggings
  • Stretchy T-shirt
  • Cotton socks (required for health and safety)
  • Water/drink bottle
  • Long hair tied back

What NOT to Wear:

  • Jeans
  • Shorts
  • Jewelry
  • Hair clips
  • Hoodies
  • Zips
