What to Wear:
- Long jogging trousers/leggings
- Stretchy T-shirt
- Cotton socks (required for health and safety)
- Water/drink bottle
- Long hair tied back
What NOT to Wear:
- Jeans
- Shorts
- Jewelry
- Hair clips
- Hoodies
- Zips
